Credit Card Authorization

This step will be processed in person before your first class. Only after the credit card authorization is completed your membership will be actived.

I authorize Bhakta's Taekwondo to charge my credit card for all approved purchases, including recurring membership fees, equipment purchases, and any additional charges related to my or my child's enrollment.

  • My card details will be securely stored and used solely for authorized transactions.

  • I will be notified in advance of any recurring payments or additional charges.

  • I agree that if payment deadlines are missed, Bhakta’s Taekwondo may automatically charge my card for the outstanding amount, including applicable late fees, whether or not I attended classes that month.
